Opening Hours

(April 2025)

Please note that the Bar/Clubhouse will close if there are few cars in the car park ( and fewer people in the clubhouse ) even if this is prior to the stated closing times, especially in the event of inclement weather. 

Hours may vary slightly in line with demand and/or Clubhouse events & functions.

Please check the sign in Reception/Bar for the precise daily closing time as it may be later than advertised!

Functions and Bookings

Our Burgoyne Suite is available for bookings and is the perfect venue for weddings, parties, afternoon tea, and more. The suite comfortably seats 80-100 guests, with additional seating available outside on the top terrace. The Burgoyne Suite can be reconfigured for any occasion, down to the smallest details, such as the colour of the bows on the backs of the chairs. We do everything to make your day special and perfect for you!

John O'Gaunt After Dark

Once evening falls and the golfers have left, the clubhouse is open to all guests of functions, including access to our incredible new terrace. While the terrace is amazing during the day, it becomes even more spectacular at night with outdoor speakers, seating, and lighting. The terrace is the perfect location for photos and drinks to keep the party going.

For any occasion, we can tailor a menu to suit your needs. We offer various food and beverage packages, ranging from sit-down three-course meals to buffets or drinks packages. Our chefs and staff are highly skilled and friendly, ensuring that your experience at John O'Gaunt is a memorable one.
